Through my internship at Guilford Immediate Care through the Honors Mentorship program, I have been able to experience things that not many high school students take advantage of. Interning at a healthcare facility and being in a real life working environment each and everyday is something that I never could have imagined doing at such a young age. This program has really helped me to realize what a passion I have for medicine and has been a great navigator in helping me down the road to the rest of my life.
